Road travel is a part of the operation of many businesses. We use it along with air travel as our most common means of transport for people to conduct their work activities. We can use other technologies to replace some of our face to face meetings and activities such as e-mails, webinairs and video conferencing. The road travel that we engage in contributes to the C02 in the atmosphere through the use of petrol, diesel and LPGas powered vehicles. This can be offset through the purchase of carbon credits from farmers who use sustainable farming practices and at the same time absorb the extra carbon out of the atmosphere and store it in the soil.
You can use our carbon calculator to work out how much carbon you can offset to neutralize your road travel usage.
