Calculate Your Impact

Calculate your travel-related emissions by entering the number of km you drive in a year, your vehicle type and fuel type. If you have a second vehicle, please don’t forget to included it through the 'Add more vehicles' option.

Calculate your air travel impact by working out the number of round-trip kilometres you fly in a year. Choose the input method that works best for you.

Finally, calculate your power usage impact. You can find your units of electricity (usually kilowatt hours kWh) and gas usage (usually megajoules - MJ) on your home energy bills. If your gas bill is quoted in units or kWh, you should multiply this figure by 3.6 to express it in MJ.
